With the recent court ruling and no action from the DOJ/ATF we wanted to let everyone know that Pathfinder Defense will proceed with business as usual until we receive further instructions or guidance from the DOJ/ATF and our counsel on how to best proceed. While seemingly a victory for the 2nd amendment, there are holes in the ruling that have potential for later issues and we won't risk our business, staff, or customers until we have a much greater clarity on the situation than is currently available.
